Meta just unveiled a virtual reality device that looks like a pair of large sunglasses at Meta Connect, the company’s annual product launch event. On sale in spring 2027 for $1,299, Mark Zuckerberg said the high-tech eyewear is five times lighter than its Meta Quest 3 headset, and features a 5K display for playing games, watching shows and sporting events, and working on a virtual keyboard.
