CBC Leadership says nearly all of its 62 members support AI regulation and guardrails. However the group of Black lawmakers are trying to find a consensus on data centers. There is increased urgency as redistricting could reduce the number of CBC members. CNBC’s Frank Holland speaks with CBC leadership about the AI debate and more.
