This question sparked the idea behind Neon Money Club’s "Cream Card," an American Express card that allows users to invest their credit card reward points in the stock market. Bailey’s core mission with Neon Money Club is simple: to reframe how we think about finances. "If anyone asks you … ‘What is your dream car? What is your dream house?’ You’d be able to tell them," Bailey continues. "But if somebody asks you … ‘What’s your dream investment portfolio?’ Or ‘What’s your dream stock-to-cash portfolio?’ would you have that answer for them?"
