    Isaac Boltansky, BTIG Director of Policy Research talks about the US Congress back in session after a short recess, and states that he expects Washington D.C. to be quiet with not many bills passing as members of Congress gear up for a busy election season. Isaac also talks about the ongoing protests on college campuses and if Speaker Johnson will be ousted from his position. He speaks with Kailey Leinz and Joe Mathieu on Bloomberg’s "Balance of Power."
