Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy tells Bloomberg’s Oliver Crook he believes Russian air incursions have managed to scare Europe.
Zelenskiy said Russia’s invasion has dragged well into its fourth year and that his government deals with a battered economy and exhausted fighting forces in Europe’s worst conflict since World War II.
They spoke late Wednesday in Kyiv.
