New Jersey authorities responded to bomb threats on Tuesday at polling stations in seven counties, prompting temporary closures as voting began, according to state Attorney General Matthew Platkin. The threats, which were emailed, involved polling places in Bergen, Essex, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Passaic counties. Law enforcement was deployed to each location and secured the sites. Platkin say the threats were not credible and voters can now vote safely. He speaks on Bloomberg Radio.
