Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco President Mary Daly said she thought the October interest rate cut by the Federal Open Market Committee “was appropriate,” and offered her insights on how the central bank should approach the next rate decision in December. Daly spoke Monday at the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches.
