Commerce Sec. Lutnick on tariffs on goods needed to build U.S. infrastructure

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on Tuesday said tariffs on steel, aluminum and copper will boost U.S. national security in the event that the country enters into war and needs to manufacture weapons and ships.
