The European Union’s high representative for foreign affairs and security policy Kaja Kallas says the EU has reached an agreement with Israel to allow more aid to Gaza and there are already "improvements" such as fuel reaching hospitals. Kallas also talks about EU-US trade negotiations and the bloc’s relationship with China. She speaks with Bloomberg’s Minmin Low from the ASEAN Foreign Ministers Meeting in Kuala Lumpur.
