President Donald Trump insists that any U.S.-Iran peace deal he signs will be superior to America’s previous nuclear pact with Iran.
The prior agreement, known as the JCPOA or the Iran nuclear deal, was reached in 2015 by an international coalition including the U.S. under then-President Barack Obama.
