Another video taken moments before the Jan. 24 shooting of Alex Pretti shows federal immigration officers holding him on the ground before gunshots can be heard. Videos taken of the shooting contradict claims made by the Department of Homeland Security that he "approached U.S. Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun" and that when federal agents attempted to disarm him, "the suspect violently resisted."
