Chair of the Warner Bros. Discovery board Samuel Di Piazza told CNBC on Wednesday "it was not a hard choice" comparing Netflix and Paramount’s offers for the company.
The Warner Bros. board on Wednesday said it unanimously recommended that WBD shareholders reject a hostile bid from Paramount Skydance and stick with a “superior” proposal from Netflix.
