Musician Gene Simmons of KISS said it’s ‘criminal’ that artists aren’t paid when their music is played on AM and FM radio stations in the US and it’s a particularly big problem for new musical groups. Simmons testified in support of the American Music Fairness Act in front of a Senate panel earlier in the week. He speaks to Joe Mathieu about the issue on "Balance of Power."
