The Federal Reserve is widely expected to cut by 25bps in its final rate decision of the year. But White House National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett says he sees plenty of room for a bigger cut. Hassett is seen as the frontrunner to succeed Jerome Powell as Fed Chair.
Bloomberg understands the SpaceX is moving ahead with plans for an IPO that seeks to raise more than $30 billion. That would make it the biggest listing of all time. Sources say the Elon Musk-led company is targeting a valuation of about $1.5 trillion. The listing could happen as soon as mid-to-late 2026.
