President Donald Trump outlines new plans to crack down on immigration after two National Guard members were shot in Washington on Wednesday. One of them has died, the other remains in critical condition.
Federal authorities have identified the suspected shooter as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, an Afghan national who previously worked with US forces and the CIA in Afghanistan before he arrived in the US in 2021.
