US and Russian delegations are meeting in Abu Dhabi, with US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll discussing a peace proposal with Russian officials. This follows negotiations in Geneva over the weekend that narrowed the peace blueprint to a new list of proposals, though some of the most difficult issues still need to be negotiated, including territorial and security guarantees. As talks continue, Russia and Ukraine exchanged fire overnight, with airstrikes on Kyiv and southern Russian areas, resulting in casualties and damage to infrastructure.
