President Trump took to social media to vent frustrations about air traffic controllers who have been missing work amid the government shutdown, warning that those who do not immediately return will be "substantially docked."
Trump also proposed a $10,000 bonus for employees that have shown up despite missing multiple pay periods, calling them "great patriots."
