U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said Wednesday China’s recent expansion of export controls on rare earths was "incredibly aggressive" and "totally disproportional" to what other global powers have done.
On rising tensions with the U.S., Greer said China is "trying out a lot of different narratives when the reality is they just want to exert economic control.
