AerCap CEO Aengus Kelly said Friday that the antitrust lawsuit over the Spirit–JetBlue merger was the biggest challenge Spirit has faced amid its recent struggles, noting that the case took roughly two years to resolve and negatively affected both business operations and employee morale.
