Oracle is promoting Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia to the joint role of chief executive officer, as Safra Catz, who has led the company since 2014, steps back to become executive vice chair of the board. This comes as we learn that Oracle will now help manage TikTok’s algorithm here in the US. Bloomberg’s Caroline Hyde reports.
