More than 100 people have been confirmed dead in floods that tore through central Texas, with confirmed fatalities reaching 104, according to the Associated Press. Searchers have been out using boats, dogs and drones to find victims. Local and federal authorities continue to debate whether anything more could have been done to prevent the disaster.
