Senator Ted Cruz, Republican from Texas, and other local officials discuss the search and rescue effort underway in central Texas after flash floods killed at least 82 people. Cruz says it’s not time for partisan games in trying to find blame. He says the time will come later to talk about what can be learned from the disaster. There have been questions about the lack of an adequate warning system for the area.
