Jeremy Siegel, professor emeritus of finance at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, said Monday that he believes the market can live with the U.S. maintaining 10% base tariffs and 30% tariffs on China. "If it doesn’t get worse, I think there’s no reason we can’t push to new heights," Siegel said.
