Jonathan Kanter, former assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, said Friday that the court ruling against President Donald Trump’s reciprocal tariffs creates "a great deal of uncertainty," as the administration has limited alternative options for imposing the tariffs.
