US President Donald Trump and Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman have touted a planned $1 trillion of Saudi investment into the United States at a glitzy event capping off Trump’s first day in the Middle East. $600 billion dollars is already on the table. Trump also announced he would end sanctions on Syria, giving a boost to the country’s ambitions of rejoining the international community.
