    Fed’s Adriana Kugler on Monetary Policy, Uncertainty and Tariffs

    Federal Reserve Governor Adriana Kugler said policymakers should hold interest rates steady for now on the health of the US economy. Kugler also discussed “front loading” by businesses and consumers in the first quarter and the potential for tariffs to put upward pressure on prices. Kugler spoke with Francine Lacqua on the sidelines of a conference in Reykjavik, Iceland.
