Super Bowl ticket prices are fluctuating as this Sunday’s big game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs quickly approaches. Currently, tickets are priced around $4,339, slightly lower than the $4,700 estimate seen just a few days ago.
Gametime CEO Brad Griffith joins Wealth to recommend the best time for buying tickets ahead of the annual sports event for the best deals.
While last-minute options are available, the ticket platform executive notes that the "buy now, pay later" feature is gaining traction, with about 5% of users opting for this option. "Supply and demand is a very hard thing to predict. My estimation is prices will fall through about two days ahead of the event," he predicts.
Reflecting on Gametime’s growth, Griffith mentions the launch of "Gametime Picks," an algorithm-driven tool that highlights the best value seats. This year’s prices are 20% lower than last year, thanks to repeat teams like the Chiefs and Eagles.
