Reagan National Airport will open again this morning, but there may be delays, says Jack Potter, the president and CEO of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says the US still has the safest airspace in the world. He says the flight paths for the American Airlines jet and military helicopter were not unusual. The jet hit the helicopter as it was coming in for a landing on Wednesday night.
