With 91% of investment managers using or planning to integrate AI into their strategies, there could be significant demand for Pricing Culture’s insights.
The team also breaks down sentiment — the general attitude or feeling toward a topic (ie. the stock market). "Sentiment is great," Shivarthy explains. "There’s retail investor sentiment … There’s institutional sentiment … and all these are now trackable," says Shivarthy. Using Pricing Culture, investors can "scan the world of sentiment and bring forth anomalies" for human experts to make a call on how that could impact a stock or portfolio.
Finally, they explore what data the investment community seeks. "We see more traction among hedge funds. They’re just used to this kind of stuff and they buy a lot of data. They’ve been using algorithmic trading for a while."
