Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square USA has withdrawn the initial public offering for a US closed-end fund after previously expecting to raise $25 billion. Ackman first cut that target to $4 billion and then to $2 billion before pulling the IPO completely on Wednesday. Tom Metcalf reports on Bloomberg Television.
