Kamala Harris would be "far more predictable" on foreign policy than Donald Trump, according to Kishore Mahbubani, a former top bureaucrat in Singapore’s Foreign Ministry and president of the United Nations Security Council. Mahbubani says the US Vice President’s trips to Southeast Asia and her participation in last year’s ASEAN Summit mean she’ll be "welcomed" in the region.
