Magistrate Judge Donna M. Ryu said that the city violated its own policies when clearing homeless camps.
Ryu cited evidence that found the city did not offer inhabitants shelter before clearing the encampments. The plaintiffs also stated that the belongings of some of those in the encampments were improperly seized or thrown out.

North Korean forces flew drones across the demilitarized zone into South Korea on Monday, prompting South Korean forces to scramble fighter jets, helicopters and other aircraft to secure their airspace. One of the South Korean aircraft crashed during the commotion.

“This is a clear act of provocation by the North violating our airspace,” Lee Seung-o of the South Korean military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a news briefing on Monday.

According to the New York Post, his mixtape “Big Grim Reaper” was ranked No. 1 on Rolling Stone’s 2021 Breakthrough 25 Chart. It also hit No. 25 on Billboard’s Hot 200 album chart.
Woods is primarily known for his track “SoIcyBoyz,” which was a collaboration with two other artists, as well as his solo track “Make a Play.

A bail fund backed by A-list celebrities has shut down after being sued over the release of a serial offender who attempted to murder a waiter less than a week after his latest release. Backers of the California-based bail fund include Danny Glover, John Legend and Richard Branson.
On December 8, The Bail Fund announced that it had discontinued, citing restructuring, according to a report from 8 NewsNow.
The closure comes after the group posted a $3,000 bond for Las Vegas burglary suspect Rashawn Gaston-Anderson in December 2021.
